I'm Tom Power, and I'm from the UK. I have a Bachelor's degree in English, a CELTA, a Postgraduate Certificate in Education, and an MSc in International Development. I have worked in education for around 13 years, including 10 years teaching and working in education management in China. I then moved to Australia, where I worked primarily with Chinese university students preparing to enter the University of Melbourne. I am now the Head of ELICOS, where I am primarily responsible for the professional development of our teachers and the design of online EAP courses.
